At Leopard, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
📦 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@leopard-store.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send your item(s) back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
